Mapping your past sales is a powerful way to showcase your experience and market presence.
Instead of simply telling clients where you've sold properties, you can visually display your sales history, helping demonstrate local expertise, transaction volume, and market knowledge.
Step 1: Export Your Sales Data from Paragon
Log in to Paragon.
Navigate to Search → Inventory.
Configure your search criteria to return the listings you would like to display.
Run the search.
Step 2: Include the PID Field
Before exporting your results, ensure the PID (Property Identifier) field is included in the output.
The PID allows iBOMB to accurately locate and map the properties.
If the PID field is not included, the properties may not map correctly.
Step 3: Export the Results
Once your results are displayed:
Export the listings to Excel (CSV) format.
Save the file to your computer.
Step 4: Import the Data into iBOMB
Open iBOMB from the Apps menu.
Import the CSV file you exported from Paragon.
Follow the standard iBOMB import process to map the properties.
Once imported, your sales will be displayed on the map and can be used for presentations, marketing materials, and market analysis.
