AUTOPROP

The Transit-Oriented Areas (TOA) Layer allows you to quickly identify properties located within provincially designated Transit-Oriented Areas across British Columbia.

To display the TOA Layer, click the Layers (☰) icon in the upper-right corner of the AutoProp map, then toggle on Transit-Oriented Areas.

Once the layer is enabled, use AutoProp's <a href="https://help.autoprop.ca/en/articles/14831086-searching-for-multiple-properties" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Multi-Property Selection</a> tools to select properties located within the highlighted Transit-Oriented Area.

This makes it easy to identify potential redevelopment opportunities and build targeted property lists.

After selecting your properties, <a href="https://help.autoprop.ca/en/articles/4678295-video-loading-lot-size-in-properties-table" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">export the results to CSV</a> for prospecting, mail campaigns, client outreach, or further analysis.
