Reviewing Saved Properties and Notification Settings

Once you've created Saved Property folders and enabled notifications, you can easily manage your folders, review activity, and adjust your notification settings at any time.

Accessing Saved Properties

Saved Property folders can be accessed from anywhere within AUTOPROP.

  1. Click the Folder icon in the AUTOPROP header.

  2. Select Saved Properties.

Your saved folders will be displayed in the Saved Properties menu.


Working with Saved Property Folders

Expand a Folder

Click on any folder to expand it and display the individual properties it contains.

When expanded, you can:

  • View all properties in the folder

  • Locate properties on the map

  • Review notification activity


Turn Notifications On or Off

Each folder includes a Notifications toggle.

Use this slider to:

  • Enable notifications for a folder

  • Disable notifications for a folder

Changes take effect immediately.


Folder Actions

Click the Actions menu beside any folder to access additional options.

Available actions include:

Select All Properties on Map

Displays every property in the folder on the map.

Add Properties Using PID(s)

Add additional properties to the folder by entering one or more PIDs.

Rename Folder

Change the name of the folder.

Notification Types

Adjust which notification events are tracked for the folder.

Notifications History

Review all recorded notification activity for the folder.

Renew

Extend the notification tracking period based on your configured notification retention settings.

Delete Folder

Permanently remove the folder and its associated notifications.


Locating Individual Properties

When viewing the properties within a folder, click the Target icon beside any property to center and display that property on the map.


Adjusting Notification Types

To change the notifications being monitored for a folder:

  1. Open the folder's Actions menu.

  2. Select Notification Types.

The notification settings window will open, allowing you to:

  • Add notification types

  • Remove notification types

  • Modify existing notification preferences

Changes are saved automatically.


Reviewing Notification History

For folders with notifications enabled, you can review all recorded activity.

To access the history:

  1. Open the folder's Actions menu.

  2. Click Notifications History.

The Notification History screen displays:

  • What changes occurred

  • When they occurred

  • Which properties were affected


Features Available in Notification History

Within the Notification History screen, you can:

Enable or Disable Notifications

Turn notifications for the folder on or off.

Renew Notifications

Extend notification tracking for the folder.

Modify Notification Types

Adjust the events being monitored.

Delete the Folder

Remove the folder if it is no longer required.

Switch Notification Views

Toggle between:

  • Property Notifications

  • Broker Listing Notifications

Display Properties on the Map

Use the checkboxes to select:

  • Individual properties

  • Multiple properties

  • All properties in the table

Then click Select on Map to display them.

Export Notification Data

Click Export to CSV to download the notification history for further analysis or record keeping.
