Saving Properties and Setting Up Notifications

Written by Caitlyn Drybrough

AUTOPROP allows you to save groups of properties into folders and monitor them for changes over time using Notifications.

Saved Property folders are ideal for tracking:

  • Land assemblies

  • Prospecting areas

  • Development sites

  • Client searches

  • Investment opportunities

  • Farm areas

Once notifications are enabled, AUTOPROP will automatically monitor the selected properties and alert you when changes occur.

Step 1: Select Properties

Begin by selecting the properties you would like to save.

You can select properties by:

  • Using the map selection tools

  • Right-clicking individual properties on the map

Once selected, you can save the properties using either:

  • The New Notification button in the header, or

  • The Properties Table

Step 2: Save the Selected Properties

If using the Properties Table:

  1. Open the Properties Table.

  2. Click Save Selected.

You can save all selected properties or use the checkboxes in the table to save only specific properties.

You will then be prompted to:

  • Save to an existing folder, or

  • Create a new folder

Click Save.

Step 3: Create a New Folder

If you choose to create a new folder:

  1. Enter a folder name.

  2. Decide whether you would like to enable notifications.

To activate notifications, leave the Enable Notifications option turned on.

Notifications can be disabled or modified at any time.

Select the events you would like AUTOPROP to monitor for the properties in the folder.

Available notification types include:

Depending on availability, supported layers may include:

You can also customize Broker Listing notifications using the same filters available within the Broker Listings tool.

Examples include:

  • Property type

  • Brokerage

  • Listing type

  • Size ranges

Step 5: Save and Preview

After selecting your notification preferences:

  1. Click Save and Preview.

Your Saved Property folder will be created and notifications will begin monitoring the selected properties.

Managing Notifications Later

Saved folders and notification settings can be modified at any time.
