What is iBOMB?
iBOMB (Information Bubble On a Map Builder) is an interactive mapping and presentation tool that allows you to display property information directly on a map.
It is commonly used for:
Land assembly presentations
Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs)

By combining map visualization with customizable property information, iBOMB helps turn property data into an engaging and easy-to-understand presentation.
How iBOMB Works
The basic iBOMB workflow consists of three steps:
Select properties in AUTOPROP.
Load the property data you want to display.
Export the properties and data into iBOMB.
Once imported, the properties are displayed on an interactive map where each property contains its own information bubble.
Step 1: Select Properties and Load Data
Begin by selecting the properties you want to display.
Next, use Load Data to retrieve the information you would like included in your presentation.
Examples include:
Assessment values
Sales history
Lot size
Ownership information

Step 2: Export to iBOMB
Once your properties and data have been loaded:
Open the Action Menu.
Select Export to iBOMB.
Click Go.
Enter a project name.
AUTOPROP will prepare the project for use in iBOMB.
Step 3: Open Your Project
To launch iBOMB:
Click the Apps grid in the top-left corner.
Open iBOMB.
A new browser tab will open.
Within iBOMB:
Click Load Project.
Select the project you just exported.
The selected properties will now appear on the map.
Viewing Property Information
To view information about a property:
Left-click a property on the map.
An information bubble will appear containing the property's data.
Click and drag the bubbles around to arrange.
The information displayed depends on the data you loaded before exporting.
Editing Property Information
You can add or modify information directly within iBOMB.
To edit a property:
Open the property's information bubble.
Click the Edit (pencil) icon.
Update or add information as needed.
Click Save.
This allows you to include notes, project details, prospecting information, and other custom content.
Controlling What Appears in Information Bubbles
You can customize which data fields are displayed when users click on a property.
To Customize Displayed Fields
Click Column Display.
Select the fields you want to show.
Turn off any fields you don't want displayed.
Click Update View.
Helpful Tip
A quick way to build a clean presentation is to:
Click Deselect All.
Turn on only the fields relevant to your audience.
This keeps information bubbles focused and easy to read.
