Displaying a Potential Land Assembly in iBOMB

iBOMB is a powerful presentation tool for visualizing and showcasing potential land assembly opportunities.

By combining property selection, property data, and interactive mapping, you can create compelling presentations for clients, developers, and stakeholders.

Step 1: Identify a Potential Assembly

Before creating an iBOMB project, identify a group of properties with redevelopment or rezoning potential.

Common methods include:

  • Land Use Plan analysis

  • OCP, NCP, or LAP review

  • Development application research

  • Zoning analysis

  • Development prospecting workflows

For more information, see the guide: Finding Properties with Development Potential.

Step 2: Select the Assembly Properties

Using the map selection tools, select all properties that are part of the proposed assembly.

The selected properties will be highlighted on the map.
