With Notifications Essentials you can either set notifications on

Once you have set up a watched area or saved properties folder, you can View Notifications.

Choose specific areas on the map that matter to you through the sub-areas selection option. Maybe it's a neighborhood you're eyeing, a hot market, or a locale experiencing significant development. With MLS® Monitor, you're in control.

First, click on the +New Notification button and choose Select an Area from a List.

In the next screen you can choose an Area and corresponding Sub-Area / Community

Click Add to the List to add the Sub-Area(s) to you your Watched Area.

You can select another Area and Sub-Area(s) if you wish. If you are done selecting areas, click on Continue to move to the next step.

Click on the + New Notifications button and select Draw a Boundary

Once you have selected an area or drawn an area you can name your Watched Area and set Notification Types.

Notifications Essentials tracks critical changes on a daily and weekly basis:

Click Save & Preview to save your Watched Area

Instead of setting a watched area, blanketing all properties within a specific area, you can create a Saved Properties folder with specific properties you select in AUTOPROP.

You can use any selection tool in AUTOPROP, whether it is using the AUTOPROP Search, right-clicking on the map, the rectangle or polygon selection tool or you could use SiteFinder (if subscribed). For example, select all non-strata properties in an industrial area, or select properties with potential for redevelopment within a specific land use plan, or grab all commercial zoned properties along a major corridor.

Once you have selected the properties you can save them to a Saved Properties folder. Click on +New Notification and select Save Selected.

You can click on +Create New Folder to add the selected properties to a new folder, or add the selected properties to an existing folder.

When choosing the New Folder option you are prompted to name the folder and select the option "Turn on notifications for this folder"

Notifications can be received through Email, or in the AUTOPROP Dashboard.

Email notifications are sent out daily at 8am. It will show you a list of changes within your Watched Areas and Saved Properties. Notifications on Watched Areas are indicated with the Pin icon and notifications on Saved Properties are recognized by the folder icon.

Click on Open in AUTOPROP to view the notification in your AUTOPROP account.

To view your notifications in-app, click the notification bell icon in the top right. Then click the notification to view the notification in the Watched Area or Saved Properties folder.

You can switch between Property Information notifications and Broker Listings notifications

Select properties on the map:

Export selected properties to CSV (spreadsheet/Excel)

At the top you can toggle notifications off for the watched area/Saved Properties, Renew notifications (to 365 days), Adjust to change the area and notification types, or delete the Watched Area/Saved Properties folder.
