The Dashboard makes it quick and easy to find and access property information.
Search for a Property
Enter a property address into the search bar.
Select the correct property from the dropdown list.
Once selected, the property will automatically be highlighted on the map and a property information panel will appear.
Available Actions
From the property information panel, you can:
View or save a Summary Sheet
Generate a Property Report
Start a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA)
View a Market Rent Report
Property Information
The information panel also displays key property details, including:
Property Address
PID (Property Identifier)
Zoning Description
Zone Name and ink to the applicable Zoning Bylaw or Zoning Document
This allows you to quickly access important information without leaving the map.
CMA Availability
CMA functionality may not be available with all subscriptions or real estate board memberships. If you do not see the CMA option, please contact support for more information.
