The Summary Sheet is a quick and professional way to present key property information to clients, colleagues, or stakeholders.
Step 1: Search for a Property
Enter the property address into the search bar.
Select the correct address from the dropdown list.
The property will automatically be selected and the property information panel will appear.
Step 2: Open the Summary Sheet
From the property information panel, click Summary Sheet.
The Summary Sheet will open and display a high-level overview of the property.
Step 3: Edit and Generate a PDF
To edit, save, print, or share the Summary Sheet:
Click Edit to edit any information. You must click Generate PDF to save changes.
Click Generate PDF to print or share.
In the Report Print window, click Generate PDF again.
Optional: Remove Registered Owner Information
If you do not want the registered owner's name included in the report, uncheck:
Include Registered Owner in PDF before generating the PDF.
Step 4: Download or Share
Once the PDF has been generated, you can:
Click Download as PDF to open the report in a new browser tab
Save or print the PDF from your browser
Use one of the available sharing options to send the report directly
