AUTOPROP offers a visually appealing, easy to share and branded Active MLS® Feature Sheet. In this article we'll show you how you can view a feature sheet, how to share, and how you can apply your branding.
Apply Branding to your Feature Sheets
First, navigate to the Branding page in the settings menu, or click this link: https://dashboard.autoprop.ca/dashboard/my-autoprop/branding/personalized
Click Feature Sheet and choose one of the branding options; Banner, Professional Branding, or No Branding.
Your branding will now be applied to any Feature Sheet you create going forward.
View an Active MLS® Feature Sheet
Feature Sheets can be created on any active residential MLS® listing.
Select the property
First, select the property with the active listing by entering in the address and selecting the correct address from the suggestions:
Activate the Active MLS® Feature Sheet
Click on the Active MLS® Feature Sheet button on the information bubble. (this button is only visible on properties which have an active listing)
Your feature sheet will load in a few seconds:

Generating the PDF
Click on Generate PDF
Choose the PDF option. You can choose to include or omit the Floor Plan and the Listing Images. Make your selections and click Generate PDF
Sharing Options
Once the PDF has been generated, there are 3 sharing options available
Copy Link: you can copy a hyperlink to the PDF file, which can be shared in an email, chat message, text etc.
Send Private Link to Client: This option will open your default email application on your device with a pre-written email including a link to the PDF feature sheet.
Download as PDF: This will open the PDF in a new browser tab. From here you can save the PDF to your computer or print the file.
