AUTOPROP allows you to include map-based planning, land use, and development data directly within your Property Reports.
This feature is particularly useful for property research, development analysis, land assemblies, and client presentations, allowing you to share relevant map layers alongside other property information.
Adding Map Data to a Property Report
Open a Property Report for your selected property.
Click Adjust Report Contents in the report toolbar.
Select the AUTOPROP Map Data sources you would like to include.
Click Update.
The selected map data will be added to your Property Report.
Setting Default Data Sources
If there are map data sources you use frequently, you can save them as defaults.
Click the star beside a data source.
The star will turn yellow when selected.
These data sources will automatically be included in future Property Reports.
Customizing Map Data
Add or Remove Data Sources
Use Adjust Report Contents at any time to add or remove map-based data from your report.
Reorder Sections
Click Sort to change the order in which data sources appear in the report.
Adjust Individual Data Sources
Many map data sections include an Adjust button.
Use this option to customize specific layer settings, such as:
Land Use layers
Development Applications
Other available map overlays
Map Display Options
Each map data source is displayed as a separate map within the report and includes a summary of the information shown.
You can further customize the display by:
Adjusting the zoom level
Expanding the visible area around the property
Switching between Map and Aerial views
Displaying layer labels on the map
As additional data becomes visible within the selected map area, the accompanying description will update automatically.
Land Use Data
The Land Use data source provides a summary of all available land use information associated with the property.
The report then displays each applicable land use layer individually, complete with:
Map visualization
Layer information
Supporting descriptions
This makes it easy to understand planning designations and development potential directly within the report.
Printing Property Reports
When generating a PDF, you can choose whether to include specific data sources.
If no data is available for a selected map layer, that section may appear blank or be excluded from the final report.
Important Note
AUTOPROP Map Data is only available where corresponding data exists within the platform. If a municipality or area does not have a particular dataset available, that section will not display any results.
