Creating a Commercial Property Report

Tailoring a Commercial Report

AUTOPROP allows you to build Property Reports specifically tailored for commercial real estate analysis by including commercial comparables, sales history, and active listing data.

This workflow is ideal for commercial brokers, investors, developers, and anyone conducting commercial property due diligence.


Step 1: Select a Property

Begin by searching for and selecting the commercial property you would like to analyze.

Once selected:

  1. Open the property information panel.

  2. Click Property Report.

The report will load using your current default data sources.


Step 2: Customize the Report Contents

To configure the report for commercial analysis:

  1. Click Adjust Report Contents.

  2. Review the available data sources.

  3. Add the commercial data sources most relevant to your research.

Recommended sources include:

Paragon Commercial Comparables

Provides access to commercial comparable listings and transactions that can be used for valuation, market analysis, and client presentations.

Commercial Edge

A commercial sales database available through participating subscriptions.

Commercial Edge can provide:

  • Historical sales information

  • Transaction data

  • Comparable property research

Access to Commercial Edge requires an active subscription.

Broker Listings

Include nearby commercial listings from participating brokerages to provide additional market context and active inventory data.


Step 3: Generate the Report

Once you've selected your desired data sources:

  1. Click Update.

  2. Allow the report to load.

AUTOPROP will compile the selected commercial data into a single Property Report.


Save Commercial Report Defaults

If you frequently work with commercial properties, you can save a commercial report configuration for future use.

Quick Setup Tip

  1. Click Deselect All.

  2. Select only the commercial data sources you want included.

  3. Save those selections as your preferred defaults by clicking the star and turning it yellow.

This allows you to generate commercial-focused reports more quickly in the future.

Depending on your subscription and available integrations, commercial reports may include:

  • Commercial Comparables

  • Historical Sales Data

  • Active Listings

  • Broker Listings

  • Land Use Information

  • Development Applications

  • Assessment Data

  • Municipal GIS Information

Quick Recap
