Development applications (Dev Apps) provide valuable insight into what’s happening in a neighbourhood, both current proposals and approved projects. AUTOPROP allows you to easily view and analyze this information directly on the map.
Active Development Applications
Active development applications show what is currently being proposed or under review.
Why they’re useful:
See what projects are being proposed in an area
Identify potential rezonings and development trends
Understand what Floor Space Ratios (FSR) are being pursued
Monitor what nearby developers or competitors are planning
Identify assembled properties
Spot potential opportunities, as nearby owners may be more likely to sell
Inactive Development Applications
Inactive development applications represent projects that have already been reviewed and typically approved, denied, or completed.
Why they’re useful:
See which developments have been approved
Understand what zoning changes and FSRs have been achieved
Plan future applications based on successful projects
Identify areas where new listings may become available
