Development Applications (Dev Apps) provide valuable insight into current and future development activity within a municipality. AUTOPROP allows you to view both active and inactive development applications directly on the map.
Active Development Applications
Active Development Applications show projects that are currently under review by a municipality.
These applications can help you:
Identify potential developments and rezoning activity in an area.
Review proposed Floor Space Ratios (FSRs) and development density.
Monitor competing development projects.
Identify properties that have already been assembled for development.
Prospect for opportunities in neighbourhoods experiencing redevelopment activity.
Inactive Development Applications
Inactive Development Applications represent projects that have been completed, approved, withdrawn, or otherwise concluded.
These applications can help you:
Understand what types of developments have been approved in an area.
Review successful rezoning applications and approved densities.
Assess development trends and municipal planning decisions.
Identify areas that may offer future listing or development opportunities.
