Some Settings in LTSA That Might be Causing it not to Sync Properly

If you've completed all the steps in our LTSA Enterprise setup guide and it still won't load the first name on title, it could be due to a file reference setting. To check this and change it if need be, navigate to "Account Management" then "Organization Details". Scroll down to the very bottom and make sure Mandatory File Reference is switched to "NO". 

It also may be due to an area restriction setting. Follow the steps outlined in the image by hovering over the "Searches" menu and navigating to "Title Search", scroll down the page and ensure "All Title Districts" is selected in the drop-down menu.
