How do I save a Property Report or Summary Sheet to PDF?

Saving reports to pdf and allowing pop-ups in AUTOPROP

This is how you save your Property Report or Summary Sheet to PDF: 

1. Click on the Generate PDF button 

2. Click Generate PDF on the Report Print pop-up: 

3. Wait until the PDF is generated and a new pop up will show with the option to either Download as PDF or Send Private Link to Client. Choose Download as PDF.


4. The PDF should open in a new tab. However, Google Chrome, by default, will block the PDF from opening in a new tab. You will see the pop-up blocker icon in the right of your address bar. Click on this icon and choose "Always allow pop-ups and redirects from https://dashboard.autoprop.ca" 

4. This one time you will have to manually push the PDF from opening in a new tab by clicking on the green Save PDF button which was previously the Generate PDF button. 

5. The PDF will now open in a new tab and it will automatically in future reports. The last step is to save the PDF to your computer by clicking on the download button in the top right corner.
