Customize the Branding on Your Reports
Personalize your AUTOPROP reports with your own branding, including your headshot, logo, banner, agent bio, and custom color scheme.
Access the Branding Page
Click the Gear icon in the top-right corner of AUTOPROP.
Select Branding.
The Branding page contains three sections:
Branding Details
Style & Colour
Report Preferences
All changes are saved automatically.
Section 1: Branding Details
The Branding Details section allows you to add professional branding elements that will appear on your reports.
Professional Branding
Add your:
Headshot
Company logo
Contact information
Slogan
Recommended image sizes:
Image | Recommended Size |

Company Logo | 1638px × 546px |
You can crop uploaded images directly within AUTOPROP.
Banner
Upload a custom banner to further personalize your reports.
Recommended size: 3105px × 546px

Agent Bio
Create a professional introduction that can be included in your CMA reports.
You can:
Upload a separate photo
Use the same headshot from Professional Branding
Add an agent introduction or biography
Section 2: Style & Colour
Customize the appearance of your report cover pages by selecting:
Text color
Theme colour
Hex #
Preset colours
A live preview is displayed so you can see how your selections will appear on your reports.
Finding a Hex Color Code
If you'd like to match your website or existing marketing materials, you can use an online color picker to identify the exact hex color code. For example, https://imagecolorpicker.com/
Upload an image or screenshot containing the desired color.
Select the color from the image.
Copy the generated hex code.
Paste it into the Style & Colour section in AUTOPROP.
Your changes will update automatically.
Section 3: Report Preferences
Choose which branding option should be applied by default to each report type.

PDF Reports
Interactive Online Reports
Your selections are automatically saved and will be used for future reports.
You're All Set!
Once your branding has been configured, your selected logos, colors, banners, and agent information will automatically appear on your AUTOPROP reports.
