Customized branding options are available for all AUTOPROP Reports. Learn how to set up your branding with this quick guide.

The Branding page is accessible here, and has three components.
The first section (Branding Details) is where you can upload and enter your headshot, logo, Agent Bio and/or banner to AUTOPROP. The second section allows you to set a Style and Colour theme and in the third section you can apply preferred Branding Details to the report options - the Summary Sheet, Property Report and CMA Report
Accessing the Branding Page
Under the Gears Icon in the top right corner of your AUTOPROP page, click on 'Branding':
The three options on the Branding page are not required, however they give you an opportunity to enhance your marketing materials when you sharing AUTOPROP reports with your clients.
Section 1 – Branding Details
Under Branding Details there are three options - Professional Branding, Banner and Agent Bio.
Professional Branding
You can add a headshot, logo and personal contact details to this section.
Enter in your relevant information (1) and upload a headshot (146px by 182px) and/or Company Logo (1638px x 546 px) (2) and add a slogan if you'd like to (3). You have the option to crop your headshot image and logo to size.
Any edits will automatically be saved.
Banner
Choose a banner image to upload . The dimensions that work best for the banner are 3105px by 546px. We highly recommend using the Canva online software program to create your AUTOPROP banner.

Agent Bio
Set up your Agent Bio page for your CMA report by uploading a photo and adding an Agent Introduction.
There are two options for adding a photo to the Agent Bio:
Upload a photo from your computer
Use the headshot/Photo which is uploaded to your Professional Branding option
Click on the Add Agent Introduction button to write something about yourself.
Section 2 – Style and Colour
You can select a Text colour (1) and incorporate a thematic colour (2) for your report cover pages - see a preview of the Property Report to review your selection (3).
If you have a specific colour on your website, there is an easy way to identify the hex code (alphanumeric code representative of a colour).
You can use this website:
https://imagecolorpicker.com/ to upload a screenshot (or image of any marketing materials containing the colour) (1), click on the part of the image that contains the colour (2) and then copy the hex code from that colour (3).
Head back to AUTOPROP's Style and Colour section (Section 2 of the Report Branding page) to input the code (saves automatically) and see the preview on the right.
Section 3 – Report Preferences
The default option is No Branding - take a moment to select and preview your desired Branding option for each AUTOPROP report.
Your selection will automatically be saved for for future reports.

Note that for the CMA, you can set separate Branding options for the PDF version and the Online version.

And you're done! Your reports will now contain your Customized Branding/Colours!
