Order a Land Title with myLTSA Enterprise

How to order a Land Title in AUTOPROP using your myLTSA Enterprise account.

If you have a myLTSA Enterprise account, you can purchase Land Titles directly from within AUTOPROP and have them automatically added to your Property Reports.

Before You Begin

Make sure your myLTSA Enterprise account is connected to AUTOPROP.

  1. Navigate to Data Source Integrations by clicking the gear icon in the top right hand side and clicking Integrations.

  2. Enter your myLTSA Enterprise username and password.

  3. Save your credentials.

Once connected, you're ready to order Land Titles directly through the platform.


Step 1: Create a Property Report

Generate a Property Report for the property you wish to research.


Step 2: Enable the myLTSA Enterprise Data Source

  1. Click Adjust Report Contents.

  2. Locate myLTSA Enterprise in the list of available data sources.

  3. Click the star icon beside the data source to make it a default section in future Property Reports.

  4. Click Update.

The myLTSA Enterprise section will now appear in your report.


Step 3: Purchase the Land Title

Scroll to the myLTSA Enterprise section of the Property Report.

Click Purchase Title.

You'll be prompted to confirm the purchase before the title is ordered through your myLTSA Enterprise account.


Step 4: View the Title

Once the purchase is complete:

  • The Land Title will appear directly within your Property Report.

  • A copy of the title will also be saved to your myLTSA Enterprise inbox.
