Now that you've loaded your properties and data onto the IBOMB map, there's a lot of really great tools you can utilize to make the most out of the application.
ADDING DATA TO MULTIPLE PROPERTIES
To make you the most efficient with adding data, there's an option to add info to every property at once on one screen. This prevents you from opening each property and adding data individually.
Click the "+" icon on the left side of the map. That will open up every property with a "Field Name" title field and data field on every property. The Filed Name will be the title of whatever data you're entering to each property. E.g. "Asking Price" as Field Name and the value for each property.
USING "MARKER GROUPS" TO COLOUR CODE DATA
Marker groups is a great way of displaying what's happening in your assemblies or farms. You can code properties by whatever you loaded on them in Site Finder or entered on the properties in IBOMB.
Click "Marker Groups" on the left side of the map. You must then decide what category of data you want to colour code, this can be decided on by clicking the "Grouping Column" drop down menu.
2. Once you've decided on what you want colour coded, you can control what colour each data entry is by clicking the colour box at the top of the column and selecting a colour in the palette.
UPDATING YOUR DATABASE FROM IBOMB BACK TO EXCEL
All the data you add in IBOMB can VERY easily be transferred back into your database in excel. Once you've edited property info or added data, just hit "Export to CSV" in IBOMB and it will be sent to excel. Any new data will be in a column with the "Field Name" as the column header.
UPLOADING A SPREADSHEET INTO IBOMB
You can upload a list of properties you have exported from paragon and saved in excel by simply choosing the .csv file in IBOMB under the "Upload XLSX/CSV" button on the bottom left side of the page.
NOTE: The spreadsheet's properties NEED to have a PID associated with them.
IBOMB will then prompt you to tell it which column of data the PIDs are under, if coming off Paragon they will be under "P.I.D.", if you're using the PID to locate the property it will put it in the correct parcel so far as the PID column has been selected and is in the spreadsheet.
COMBINING TWO PARCELS OF LAND
If you've assembled two or more properties, it's possible to make them into one parcel. To do this you'll first need to delete one of the parcels using the garbage can tool. You'll then have to merge the properties using the "Edit Layers" tool (as shown in the video below).
